This was my first time visiting the GI Alliance of Illinois: Evanston, and it was a good experience overall. Dr. Ana Patel was beyond amazing! She listened to my concern, made me feel comfortable with my check-up, provided a fast resolution to my problem. The only downside is that their offices don't have a system to remind their patients about appointments. Unfortunately, I missed my first appointment due to me going to the Chicago location instead of the Evanston location.
First time see Dr. Anna Patel and she was great. You can tell she took the time to look over my chart before seeing me. She addressed all my concerns and questions and was very proactive in what I need to do in the future. I highly recommend her and Gi alliance

I have struggled with my gut health for a few years now and I’ve always just ignored it or put it to the side. As I’m getting older I realize how important it is to take care of yourself and saw Dr. Anna Patel recently. She was very understanding and we waisted no time I told her what my symptoms were and what I had been going through and she’s felt listened to. I think that’s a big part of what I look for in a provider and I definitely received that here.
The doctor was very warm, friendly and informative.
