I was very impressed by Dr. Kenneth Chi’s professionalism. He was attentive to hear my concerns and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail without rushing. Dr. Chi was approachable and comfortable to communicate with. There was a wait to see the doctor of more than two months because his clinic was full, but it was well worth the wait.
dr. chi was nice. but his staff is terrible. I have not gotten appointment with liver specialist because they didn't receive referral from Dr. chi office. I called and left many messages. it has been more than 1 weeek.
Dr. Chi is wonderful doctor and great person. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs his help.
