Dr. Victor is very good at what he does. He will get to the bottom of what’s going on and you and him will figure out a game plan for moving forward with your life. Most importantly to me is that he is very compassionate and understanding about your life. He listens to everything you have to say and cares about you. We talk about family and he remembers stuff from 13 years ago. The whole staff working with him is excellent. Very professional, but laid back at the same time. I won’t go anywhere else.

I waited longer than recommended to have my first colonoscopy screen but so happy that I went with Dr Lee at GI Alliance once I decided to go through with it. Everyone involved from start to finish was friendly, courteous, and professional. I can’t recommend this group highly enough.

So my review is lengthy, but I want to relay step by step how awesome this total experience has been. Dr. Lee and all of his staff are truly AMAZING!! I am so happy that my PCP recommended them. I will never go to a hospital again for a colonoscopy!! This was the easiest, most pleasant experience! My arrival time was 815am, I didn’t wait at all, they took me in immediately after my check in was completed. My intake nurse took me back, introduced herself (I believe her name was Kelly), she explained the process, ran my IV. Then not even 5 mins later, Dr. Lee came in, made intro, explained exactly what would occur. Then once again, about 5 mins later, anesthesiologist appeared, explained her role and what to expect. Then a really nice young man ( who is an exceptionally talented DJ 😂😂 great music in the surgical room 😁😁) he wheeled me into surgical room, and worked with team to complete surgical prep. Not even 5 mins later, I was lights out! Next thing I know, a really nice recovery nurse is kindly waking me up and assisting me with dressing and getting ready to depart. She had already called my ride and they were waiting for me. I was walking out of the faculty @ 955am, little less than 2 hrs after my arrival. From the very start, the office staff has been exceptional. They have communicated via text, emails, and phone calls every store of the way in preparation to make sure I was always well informed and knew what to expect!! Again, I Highly Recommend that you choose Dr. Lee and any of the GI specialist @ GI Alliance of Illinois- Hinsdale location.
Dr. Shoeneg is nothing but the best. My husband has had colon problems for over 30 years. He became a patient of doctor's 13 years ago and we have seen improvements that have made my husband's life much easier and without discomfort. Doctor Shoeneg has always gone out of his way to listen and respond to our calls. He is very understanding. He never makes us feel like we haven't heard. Thank you doctor Shoeneg.
Me and my wife just met Dr. Chi for a consult visit. Very impressed with his knowledge and great personality. I will be having a double balloon colonoscopy soon. He is one of the few in Illinois that can perform this procedure at a hospital.

Dr. Liem was wonderful. He was patient with my 90 year old mother. Took time to really listen. Conservative great advice. 5 stars.

Dr. Joseph is easy to talk to. He explains my condition in an easy manner that i could understand. He answers my questions satisfactorily. He also gives me options on how to manage my care.

Dr. Lattin has always treated me well and has been informed explaining things tome. And the staff has been great.
We first met Dr Gluskin in October my mother kept having episodes where she was confused and her speech was not normal and showed weakness,(this started mainly in June)that every time she was hospitalized there where never answeres,until October which was the second scariest moment for me,my mother would not wake up from her sleep,the G.I team which included Dr Gluskin examined my mother and diagnosed her with liver disease.(not going into details) but finally my mother and I got answers.The relief we both felt,we thank Dr Gluskin and appreciated him,and all he said back was”I’m just doing my job”,no! he has no idea how thankful we are to finally have an answer to my mothers health.The relief and trauma seeing my mother suffer in a way that I felt helpless .He helped to solve it,I hope he knows that “just doing his job” brought peace (it hasn’t gone away but maintaining her health)to my mind and now working with other specialists to help my mother even more.

On top of being very professional and knowledgeable; Dr. Seraphin seems to be a kind person, humble and caring and has a good sense of humour.
I also had an absolutely pleasant experience interacting with the personal at his office from the front desk to the inside office assistants.

Dr Kim had such a great “bedside manner” that made for a great visit.
I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for several years. I was referred to him because I had a flat polyp which is not easy to remove. He was successful and has kept a very close eye on me ever since. I highly recommend him.

I had been searching for a good gastro for a long time, until a coworker told me about Dr. Julka. I’ve been going to Dr. Julka for years now. I’ve had endoscopies and colonoscopies done. From the first time getting a procedure Dr. Julka always takes the time to listen to me. He answers all my questions and explains everything with great detail. I appreciate him respecting my decisions like when I tell him I would like to try natural remedies before taking a pill, he assures me giving me the time I need to try it out before taking a pill. I’ve never had an issue with a procedure and I don’t mind drinking the Gatorade mix instead of that awful stuff the hospitals usually give. I appreciate him Giving me the results before going home, always such a relief. All staff are very pleasant and patient. Nurses explain thoroughly step by step what to expect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Julka and staff!! Appreciate you all!!

I can't say enough. The procedure went well. I was handled with care dignity and with the utmost respect was told everything that was going to happen was given the instructions after the procedure and somebody stayed with me until I got to the car to go home. I appreciate everybody and everyone that had a hand in this. I can't say enough good things
