"I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr Stinneford. Hes plain awesome at what he does. He was on time and the colonoscopy went smooth. Staff was extremely nice. My procedure wasn’t scheduled until 11 and I was concerned about them running late. They were actually ahead of schedule. I was dropped off at 10:30 and was ready to be picked up at 12:15. "For many years both my husband and I have been blessed to have Dr Thomas arndt, from Illinois gastroenterology group,as our doctor. We would highly recommend this doctor to everyone. Dr arndt saved my life 9 yrs ago and caught cancer at stage one while another doctor was treating it as an ulcer. Dr arndt listens to his patients, he reacts when he knows it's needed. "I went for my procedure like several people do...at the end of the year when your insurance deductible is most likely paid. This is undoubtedly the most busy time for this office as well. I too work in a medical office. The staff was friendly ,inviting,and professional. David Kim is the best gastroenterologist in Cook County because he cured me from hepatitis C when all the other gastroenterologists didn't think I could even handle the medicine. "NW Gastro diagnosed my husband's Crohn's disease and has been effectively treating him for it for several years. All the late night runs to the ER have stopped because he receives monthly treatment that has eliminated the blockages he'd been experiencing and they've given him a dietary plan that keeps him in check. I've had two colonoscopies performed by them and the staff from desk to surgical procedure has been friendly and efficient."
"I had an EGD done here a few days ago. The nurses are extremely caring and understanding. I was very anxious going in to the procedure and the nurses and anesthesiologist helped calm me down and explained everything that would happen in depth. They also listened to my concerns very attentively. Amazing bedside manner by all. Dr. Christopolous, my gastroenterologist, performed the EGD, and I woke up comfortable and with no pain. Had a little sore throat for about a day and a half, and that was it. The facility was clean and well maintained as well. All in all, I had a great experience for something I was extremely nervous about."
