Reviews
I started seeing Dr Kaiser out of this office years ago when I was first diagnosed with GERD. Eventually I was old enough to need my first colonoscopy. While no one looks forward to THAT prep, I can say that I never remember a thing about the procedure. 🙏 I've always been well informed before and after the procedure. Now that Dr Kaiser is retired, I see Dr Ballard who "the new guy" but just as professional as are the nurses and front office staff. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Ballard and the rest of the team.
Dr Ballard was very kind and easy to talk to. Recognized my symptoms and prescribed treatment. Would recommend to others.
Always a pleasant visit, the staff is awesome. Dr. Ballard is AWESOME.
Staff was friendly and Dr Ballard was informative and answered all questions.
The staff, the nurses and my doctor at GI Alliance of Illinois were very nice. The nurses made me very comfortable and had good sense of humor before my procedure. The place is clean and you don’t have to wait a long time to get in to see the doctor. This is only my second time having to see Dr. Darren Ballard, but I find him to be thorough in guiding how to, get me back to better Health.
