"I'm not sure what happened but the pharmacy said they didn't receive my prescriptions the doctor's office said they did send it and my fault was I didn't realize I was out for till a week later when I started getting really sick and I didn't pay attention that I didn't have my pills. Once I realized it took me a few days to get it resolved cuz it was a weekend Friday when I realized it. By Monday and my second call it was resolved when you guys got in. Office visit with Dr Robinson was wonderful. And I will recommend you guys to anyone who needs it."
"I had been recently disappointed with the lack of an earlier diagnosis with my problem. Dr Qazi listened to my complaints and was very humble. He spent extra time with me listening to my issues. I feel that the patient portal failed me as I tried to communicate to him my issues as well, but even with continuing pain and problems that were communicated not enough serious time was spent helping me with my issues, maybe running a test etc. Its not easy getting an appointment these days with fewer doctors and the rush to hurry things along as evidenced by a recent article in AARP magazine. It all about the MONEY. My condition although I still don’t have a clear reason as to why I have it is somewhat serious and has kind of changed my life. I still consider Dr Qazi my gastro and hope the future brings more clarity."

He performed my upper gI endoscopy on Sept 13th and was very careful and has always be very helpful with my gastritis, my medication, changes i need to make in my life and diagnosis. And as of now I feeling a 1,000 better, no excessive burping, stomach pains, not bloated or constipated all the time. For following and getting an appointment with Dr. Julka it's very easy and the staff is very considerate and well manner and kind as well too. "I tried for over a year to schedule the procedure with OSF, but my doctor left and I had to find a new one. Then I had to wait a couple months for a new patient appointment when I did find one. She gave a referral in July 2024 and I’m still waiting to even get an appointment date, which she said have been booking 6-8 months ahead. I have sent reminders that I’m still waiting and was told they would eventually get to me. Ridiculous. I was recently referred to Dr Wu by a co-worker and was able to get an appointment scheduled the day I called and the procedure completed within a couple or so weeks.
