I've been going to Dr. Qazi for years. He always takes the time to listen to my issues, but also to see how I am doing personally. He's wonderful.
Nice staff, taken into a room on time. Dr. Goldstein is easy to talk to. Even with some difficult issues to talk to him about, the doctor makes it easy to discuss.
I have been going to Dr Muscarello for years. He is a great doctor, considerate, thoughtful, and explains everything to you. I really like him and I think anyone would. And that’s my honest opinion.
The service was great. I had an appointment and arrived on time and was seen without waiting. The staff was very efficient and Dr.Patel explained every detail about the procedures I am going to have.
I had an appt for a discussion and evaluation prior to scheduling a procedure. Jolene was very friendly and had reviewed my chart and was totally up to speed with my health.

My experience with Dr. Ballard and GI Alliance was grand. The front office, nursing care team and of course Dr. Ballard was very professional, patient, understanding, made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, had flexible scheduling and the office was neat, clean and with Covid sanitation measures in place. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ballard and his team.

The PA was very good and was very easy to talk to. She was a good listener and also made sure my medications were being used and up to date.
As always, Dr. Shapiro was prompt, attentive, empathetic and left me feeling I had been heard and understood. I always feel Dr. Shapiro speaks with me at my level, never impatient, always interested. There's a sincerity with him that I rarely get from other doctors.
Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Losurdo is a great doctor. He sits down and talks to you asking the important questions he needs answered. He listens as well.

This was my first visit with Dr. Wayne Liu, since Dr. Thomas Ardnt retired. I was sort of apprehensive, but he made me feel so at ease just like Dr. Ardnt. I am so glad that we found another great doctor to handle and treat my ulcerative colitis. He was calming, he was informative and he was just what I needed at that time. Thank you Dr. Liu for taking over Dr. Ardnt’s practice and being there for me.♥️

Dr. Patel is very kind, patient, and extremely intelligent. . He is also very skilled with the scopes. He listens, and diagnoses, snd treats well. I hope he continues to be available to see me at the St. Francis Hospital outpatient building.

Wonderful caring staff. Professional yet make patients comfortable and valued. Most importantly to me is that it is a no-judgement zone as I have been somewhat remiss with my dental care . Special kudos to Afram and Anna who took time with every patient to make sure they were well informed. I can’t say enough about Emily my dental hygienist. Wonderful bedside manner and proficiency.

I had a good experience there. It was my first time there as well as having a new Doctor. I saw Justin Kosirog and he was very receptive to my situation. What he prescribed helped me with my issue. The nurses were helpful as well. I would recommend this practice to others.
My wife has been a patient for over 10 years, me since 2021. Diagnostic and on-going monitoring has been consistently superb.

Dr. Glaws is the absolute best.
He found my tumor, he diagnosed my cancer, and I’m still with him four years later. I hope I never have to have any other GI doctor ever. His bedside manner is impeccable, he is charming, he is thorough, and he cares. I feel I am in the best possible hands with Doctor Glaws.

Of what I saw of Dr. Calandra, he's cool. Doctors who like hockey can't be bad.

Doctor Kosirog explained everything in simple terms. He was friendly, professional and humorous which I liked. After the procedure, he explained what he found and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Justin Kosirog.

I had an urgency and Dr. Qasi saw me immediately, diagnosed me after an endoscopy and settled my anxiety with good news. Thanx Dr. Qasi you were super!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for over 20 years. He and his practice have been terrific. I’ve had a couple of serious issues, and Dr. Lee either remedied them himself or sent me to the appropriate specialist. I trust him implicitly. That also goes for his partners and the office staff.

I saw Dr. Glaws for the first time and he not only looked at my history but also asked good questions about my current condition. I felt very comfortable answering his questions and when he examined me. I saw him typing in my answers on my chart and he recommended a test and explained it very well so I would know what to expect. He explored the different options that my symptoms could mean and I felt he really cared about my health and welfare, with full knowledge and expertise to address my questions/fears.

Really excellent care by MD, CRNA, nurses and ancillary staff. Only issue was the information for prep etc did not arrive in the mail til the day of procedure and in mailbox when I got home. I mentioned this to nurse who called post op and she inferred that it was my fault because it had been sent 5 mos earlier. I had kept literature in bag with prep materials. So, #1 you can’t mail something 4 days before procedure which include diet info for 3days preop and expect it to be useful or delivered on time. Mail sooner. # 2. I have explained to 40+yr of training new nurses that you need to believe what the patient tells you until you can provide info to them proving different. .
Always personable, professional and realistic. Good to have on my side.
