I was seen in Oak Lawn and was treated so nice and friendly. Felt really comfortable. And they're also professional at the same time.
I had a positive experience at GI Alliance in Oak Lawn. The entire staff from the reception area to check-in and preparation for my procedure was friendly, courteous and very respectful. Dr. Bluemenstein was attentive and courteous and clearly explained everything to me.
Dr. Lue and the GI Alliance office staff are all very courteous and efficient. I really appreciate the great experience they provide on each and every visit!

Dr Blumenstein provided excellent service. He listened very closely to my symptoms and came up with a treatment plan.

Dr. Wue and staff were amazing! Every person I encountered was warm and friendly. They all seemed to genuinely love what they were doing and care about the patients. That really helped to quell my anxiety about my procedure.
Dr. Lu is absolutely amazing! Very positive and connected. It's not his way or the highway. Open dialogue with patient well at least with me. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

It was very easy to reach the scheduler. Was able to see the nurse practioner.She was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, she won't be with the group after this month.
Dr. Lue and his entire staff from front office to the nursing staff. The service is utmost the best around.
Dr.. Arndt is an amazing person. His experise,compassion and approach to concerns are second to none. He has been my g.i.doctor for many years and I can not imagine any way that he could have performed to a higher degree. I will say without hesitation that in my 68 years of life, he is the absolute best physician of any type, anywhere that I have ever encountered. In looking back at such a lengthy and satisfying patient/ doctor relationship, I consider him to be a person who I will always look back at as being my friend. Dr. Lue is the best. Leadership, bedside manner, and knowledge with understanding trickles down from doctor to nursing staff to receptionists. I was personally called by Dr. Lue with my test results and informed by him to call him if I had any questions. GI Alliance of Illinois Orland Park is a well oiled, but personable, machine that I would highly recommend to everybody who is in need of their services. We all have a need to be loved and treated as the human beings that we are and not feel like we are just a number. This has been my experience so help me God. 😃😃😃😃😃
Dr Blumenstein was great and had a thorough knowledge of my history with the group. The MA was also great. Clerk at front desk was rude at the Orland office. She seemed stressed. Not a good first impression. But Dr and MA were great
