Reviews
I was a bit nervous but the whole process was extremely smooth. Outstanding service and they have it all panned out!! Dr. Seraphin is amazing.
Everyone was kind, thorough and explained everything very well.
Rarely have I had such a good experience at any office / procedure. The check in process was efficient as was the preparation for the procedure ( colonoscopy) Literally everyone I interacted with was pleasant and it seemed genuine not the usual fakeness. People seemed to like their job including Dr Seraphin who was extremely pleasant and informative. I highly recommend this practice. Most places are not Like this.
Dr Seraphin was kind, understanding and truly listened. He gave me his honest opinion but left room for me to choose other options without any judgement. I am very confident in his care and actually sort-of looking forward to my next colonoscopy. A great experience, including all the staff and nurses!
I found the Doctor pleasant, educated and easy to talk with. He is very professional and quickly aligned my needs with schedules for test etc.
