I was referred to Dr. Pillai by my General Surgeon. From the time I walked into the Door of the office Until I left, it was a good experience. The Receptionist was pleasant and informative. The Nurse was very professional and nice. Dr. Pillai was WONDERFUL. He listened to the reason of why I was there and my concerns. He explained everything in great detail of what he was going to do and just gave a sense of comfort throughout the whole process. I went in a basket case and left calmer than I have been in days.

Dr. Pillow is great. He personally follows up as to why I want to see him. He asks questions and fully explains what should be done and why it should be done. He is very kind, considerate and professional. Awesome doctor. I highly recommend him.
Ultimate Position from beginning to end
I’ve had numerous procedures at Sherman Hospital with Dr Pillai. The staff always treats me care and compassion and Dr Pillai is very professional and caring. I would recommend Dr Pillai to anyone that needs gastrointestinal procedures.
