About Vijay Laxmi Misra, M.D.
Dr. Misra is board certified gastroenterologist with special interest in celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer screening, gastroesophageal reflux disease and liver diseases. Prior to moving with Digestive Disease Consultants, she worked at Indiana University Hospital. She currently lives in Normal with her husband and two children. Entire staff was amazing from the front desk to the nurses and especially nurse Lisa and Dr. Misra. Everyone took the time to explain things, answer questions and were professional and very kind. I highly recommend.
Dr.Misra was very professional. She took great care of me and provide me with necessary information. I was treated very well throughout the whole process. Dr.Misra and her staff were fantastic, very caring and went out of their way to help. The care was excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dr.Misra and her office.

Dr. Misra is the absolute best! It gives me incredible peace of mind knowing that all is well after she performs my procedure. Colonoscopy prep is much, much easier than ten years ago. I'm so thankful that Dr. Misra travels to Eureka Hospital. Nurse Lisa, Iva, Melissa, and Susan were wonderful. Very caring and professional.
