My pre-colonoscopy meeting with G.I. alliance went smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone undergoing the same procedure.
The PA was very nice and informative. She put my mind at easy and told me what to look out for. Thank you for helping drop my nerve level down to zero.
Professional services with human touch.
Dr. Victor and his entire office team are caring, professional and great at all they do
. However the phone service is very challenging. They are very polite, but due to apparently not being medical professionals (difficulty understanding medication names and medical conditions) as well as not entirely proficient with English as their primary language, it is a difficult and arduous process to complete the medical phone assessment as required when scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Victor. I again was required to go through this service when calling to apologize and reschedule my missed appointment. The ability to for me to speak directly with office staff (which I was ultimately able to do & they were great) would have saved us all time an and a few calls back and forth. I reported all of this to office staff at my visit and was told that frustration with the phone service is shared by often by many patients.

First visit to this institute. Pleasant staff and a simple process to get scheduled for my procedure.
I came to see Dr. Moxon on Friday due to an inflamed large intestine, causing me significant amounts of rectal bleeding, immense abdominal pain, rapid weight loss, vomiting, and dehydration. Dr. Moxon and his office approached my condition with the upmost respect and urgency. Dr. Moxon prescribed me meds to help with everything and made an opening in his schedule the following Monday for a colonoscopy.
The staff maintained contact with me over the weekend to make sure my condition didn’t worsen. They all went above and beyond! The staff made Monday’s procedure easy for me.

I met with the physicians assistant. She was well informed of what was to be discussed. I felt she listened carefully and took into consideration my feelings and ideas.
Jennifer was personable and seemed very competent. As I mentioned to her, I feel I should have an opportunity to meet with Dr Victor before my procedures since he is new to me. She scheduled my procedures but I feel like the very important element of making the acquaintance with my doctor has been missed..

Appointment went well… fast check in, very, very short wait time, efficient and thorough check up.
I did not have to wait too long after getting into the exam room. My PA was thorough and asked and answered questions.
Very attentive practitioner however front office staff forgot about me and consequently I waited for almost an hour.
Thank you for seeing me on time. Jennifer answered all my questions. Great patient care.
