"Rosanna made me feel welcome - my insurance was the same, sos all I had to do was update personal data, and sign okay to treat papers. The Polish? technition? Tatyana? was very efficient and Samantha Liam was very beautiful, but I knew she was married. The only problem was that i didn't have any questions already thought through before I came, and so they didn't get answered. Once i got home some questions arose, but it was too late to ask. Kelly helped me reschedule for next year when my insurance will reset, and she was not only cordial, but encouraging because she did what my mom used to do- let me know that I'm making good decisions. Also, the building, waiting areas, and offices were really clean, and well-maintained. Sincerely, Brian Carlson ."
"The nurses that took care of me were amazing! I believe my nurse that started my IV name was Kayla and my discharge nurse was Monica. They were fantastic. Dr. Robinson made me feel very comfortable and the anesthesiologist also was very comforting and it was amazing experience. I’ve been at other places for this procedure was very discouraged and that is one of the reasons it took me so long to go back and I’m so glad I did. This team is wonderful."

"My visit to the office of Dr. Carl Robinson was great! I chose him because he came highly recommended by my oldest daughter who had a procedure with him ,my youngest daughter that is a nurse and worked with him, and my best friend who also had a procedure done. I value and appreciate Dr's who have great bedside manners, spends time with their patients ,listens to their concerns and answers any questions they may have. "It was my first time meeting Dr. Patel before my surgery. He took the time to go over the procedure and possible complications and answered all of my questions. The appointment wasn’t rushed at all and I feel like he really listened and heard what I was saying about my concerns and made me feel at ease. "Dr. Victor and his entire office team are caring, professional and great at all they do . However the phone service is very challenging. They are very polite, but due to apparently not being medical professionals (difficulty understanding medication names and medical conditions) as well as not entirely proficient with English as their primary language, it is a difficult and arduous process to complete the medical phone assessment as required when scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Victor. I again was required to go through this service when calling to apologize and reschedule my missed appointment. The ability to for me to speak directly with office staff (which I was ultimately able to do & they were great) would have saved us all time an and a few calls back and forth. I reported all of this to office staff at my visit and was told that frustration with the phone service is shared by often by many patients."

"I started seeing Dr Kaiser out of this office years ago when I was first diagnosed with GERD. Eventually I was old enough to need my first colonoscopy. While no one looks forward to THAT prep, I can say that I never remember a thing about the procedure. 🙏 I've always been well informed before and after the procedure. Now that Dr Kaiser is retired, I see Dr Ballard who "the new guy" but just as professional as are the nurses and front office staff. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Ballard and the rest of the team."

"The entire staff at NORTHSHORE ENDOSCOPY CENTER was very professional and and courteous. Dr. Kevin Liebovich is very caring , listens to what you have to say , answers all your questions that you may have and in my eyes is the best G.I. doctor that I know! The staff explained everything in detail of what was going to happen and what to do after the procedure. "When we recently met to discuss a GI condition I’m experiencing, Dr. Sun listened to me attentively, asked important questions, and set up a plan to begin to deal with the situation. She explained the reason behind each recommendation as well as possible side effects. I was referred for some outpatient tests and received detailed feedback on the results promptly through her nurse. While very knowledgeable, Dr. Sun is still humble and personable. "My experience at The Endo Center was excellent! First let me say that the pre-procedure communication in the weeks before was the best. On the day, Jenny at registration was pleasant and helpful. Kelli RN, admitted me, got me settled, and skillfully started my IV. I joked that I was even looking forward to jello after. As soon as I woke up I was given juice and crackers. Ann, anethetist, listened to my concerns and provided some extra comfort measures. RNs Denise and Jen and Tech, Nadine were reassuring with a sense of humor too. I felt comfortable and safe. Dr. Losurdo provided clear explanations before the procedure and after. A nice, cheerful lady wheeled me out and I didn't catch her name but she pleasantly sent me home. This an excellent, professional, compassionate, team! I'm 80 years old and I've seen enough others to give my highest recommendation!"

"Melissa T was my first contact when I arrived. An important position for first impressions. She's polished and welcoming. After my visit with Dr. Liebovich she carefully went over instructions and asked if had questions. Great patient/customer service skills. Dr.Liebovich was friendly and explained his reasoning for an endoscopy along with the colonoscopy. The staff who called me to let me know there was a cancellation was also friendly. All positive encounters."

"I highly recommend Dr Qasi and the Glen Endoscopy Center. I recently had an endoscopy at their facility. The service was amazing. The office is efficient, the nurses kind and reassuring, and Dr Qasi is wonderful. He describes the procedure and what is going to be done. After the procedure he explains the results in terms that I can understand. He personally checked up on me the day after the procedure. It's also very nice the surgical center is across the street from his offices. So convenient. Also easy parking."

"Dr. Vijay Laxmi Misra is the best GI doctor in Bloomington, IL. She immediately detected my Gastro problem as irritable bowel syndrome and prescribed the medicine after which my Gastro problem (irritable bowel syndrome) never came back. Dr. Misra also performed colonoscopy on my GI tract which was a painless procedure. After the clean colonoscopy I felt relieved. She also referred me to another doctor in Columbus Ohio where I was prescribed anti-depressant medication after which I felt relieved. All thanks to Dr. Vijay Laxmi Misra and I wish her all the best."
"Been going to Dr. Calandra for a long time now. I have a strong family history of colon cancer. I find his staff very friendly and supportive. Dr. Calandra has a great bedside manner and very approachable. That is hard to find with a doctor of his expertise. I would recommend this facility highly."

Unless you’re making an appointment there is no real option to choose to speak to someone, then you have to text why you’re calling. It is usually a day later before you get a call back. Then you can be playing phone tag. I prefer the old system where a live person answered and you can talk to someone immediately if you’re having an issue. Overall, I recommend GI Alliance—the doctors are very good here."

From the moment I walked in until I left, I was treated with the most ultimate care. Dr. Ballard was very hospitable and caring when I first met him. The anesthesiologist (Dr. Kumar) was kind and informative. He asked what can of music would I like before being sedated. The nurses were very considerate and loving. Please find a better way to auto answer your phones when you're busy. That's totally understandable...but to make curt remarks about how people are late when you KNOW your system is glitch is NOT necessary. Treat each patient like a human being since WE are the patients with the physical problem while we are paying for the services of the great doctors but not to be treated like cattle or little kids. Check your attitude down a notch since most people are already not feeling well to begin with. Thank you.
