"Dr was fantastic.I was very pleased with the service that I received at Dr. Ballard's office. It is a very clean environment with a very professional staff! I was called to the back in five minutes Dr. Ballard is a very nice and friendly doctor. He makes his patients feel welcome! He listened to my concerns and asked a lot of questions and explained my condition and treatments options. He didn't walk in and rush out like most doctors. He was really concerned . "I will first lead with having a colon screening, which should be paramount for everyone of a certain age, to please get one. I kept putting off my colonoscopy because I'm always busy and didn't see the importance of doing it. A very convincing friend persuaded me to go where she went, and am I thankful for her recommendation. Turns out I got through the process easily and with a clean bill of health (thankfully). I would like to thank the staff, they were very hospitable, My Nurse (Naomi) was extremely kind and Dr. Carl Robinson was excellent! The process was smooth and didn't take long. I would 1000% percent recommend Dr. Carl Robinson. A sincere thank you to All!"

He is easy to schedule an ofc appt, and makes the most out of keeping me informed of my condition and always uses a bit of humor to break the ice. "I'm not sure what happened but the pharmacy said they didn't receive my prescriptions the doctor's office said they did send it and my fault was I didn't realize I was out for till a week later when I started getting really sick and I didn't pay attention that I didn't have my pills. Once I realized it took me a few days to get it resolved cuz it was a weekend Friday when I realized it. By Monday and my second call it was resolved when you guys got in. "I tried for over a year to schedule the procedure with OSF, but my doctor left and I had to find a new one. Then I had to wait a couple months for a new patient appointment when I did find one. She gave a referral in July 2024 and I’m still waiting to even get an appointment date, which she said have been booking 6-8 months ahead. I have sent reminders that I’m still waiting and was told they would eventually get to me. Ridiculous. I was recently referred to Dr Wu by a co-worker and was able to get an appointment scheduled the day I called and the procedure completed within a couple or so weeks. I had explained my symptoms to quite a few doctors before him, and they all refused to do a colonoscopy/endoscopy All because I looked healthy, Regardless of the fact that I lost 8% of my body weight for no reason. Although they didn’t find anything, they are going to send in a biopsy for celiac disease. Everything else was completely normal, however, this was my last resort, and my last test that I needed to do to confirm the cause of my weight loss.
