"I tried for over a year to schedule the procedure with OSF, but my doctor left and I had to find a new one. Then I had to wait a couple months for a new patient appointment when I did find one. She gave a referral in July 2024 and I’m still waiting to even get an appointment date, which she said have been booking 6-8 months ahead. I have sent reminders that I’m still waiting and was told they would eventually get to me. Ridiculous. I was recently referred to Dr Wu by a co-worker and was able to get an appointment scheduled the day I called and the procedure completed within a couple or so weeks. He and staff have been wonderful, experienced and caring too. I highly recommend them, not everything should be put off so long! I’m switching to Carle Health for all my healthcare. Health matters. Super appreciative, thank you!"
"I've been a patient of this wonderful doctor for over 5 months. He performed my upper gI endoscopy on Sept 13th and was very careful and has always be very helpful with my gastritis, my medication, changes i need to make in my life and diagnosis. And as of now I feeling a 1,000 better, no excessive burping, stomach pains, not bloated or constipated all the time. For following and getting an appointment with Dr. Julka it's very easy and the staff is very considerate and well manner and kind as well too. I recommend and suggest anyone with stomach, con, digestive, etc, go see him. Don't waste your time in the ER or Urgebt Aide/Care like I did"

"Dr. Kevin Liebovich has been instrumental in the resolution of a choking problem that I've had for nearly 3 decades. No other Dr has sought out the true reason, nor provided a solution other than "come in every year or so and we'll scope you." He Has gotten me on a path now that I feel will provide me with the relief I've needed for so long. The relief of knowing that I will eventually not be in fear of choking on, say, rice or chewed carrots is awesome. I'd recommend, and have, to anyone in the area to seek him out."

They are very polite, but due to apparently not being medical professionals (difficulty understanding medication names and medical conditions) as well as not entirely proficient with English as their primary language, it is a difficult and arduous process to complete the medical phone assessment as required when scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Victor. I again was required to go through this service when calling to apologize and reschedule my missed appointment. The ability to for me to speak directly with office staff (which I was ultimately able to do & they were great) would have saved us all time an and a few calls back and forth. I reported all of this to office staff at my visit and was told that frustration with the phone service is shared by often by many patients."
